Letting Go and Becoming by Marianne WilliamsonThis seminar serves as a good reminder from the lessons I have already learned from Marianne Williamson and others who study and teach the philosophy behind metaphysics. The principal of this [poorly sound recorded] lesson is that we are all one, and of one mind, and thus our thoughts create our reality, and when we feel we dont love others, it is because we dont love ourselves and are not connected to our higher being. There were a few instances in this recording I felt like Williamson was stretching her philosophy a bit far, but overall the lesson was a good one. Being reminded to change my perception, rather than try to change others or the situation at hand, is truly the path to a calm mind and a happier life. I will need to listen to this many times over, Im sure, for the concept to stick, but for not Im going to move on to other lessons discussing the same topic.
