I would like to thank my mum for buying me this book for Christmas this year as I really enjoyed it. Earlier on this year, I read Witch by Lisa Lister and I really enjoyed it as well. I am definitely going to be going back to this book in my lifetime as some of the sections made me feel uncomfortable at first as I am just not used to talking about them or reading about them. Its crazy how women tend to keep private, even from other women, something so sacred and important as their period. We never talk about it and I find when my best friends do mention it they always complain that it hurts them and how much they hate it, I think I am going to have to recommend this book to them as whenever I was reading those sections I found that needed to share that information with them.
Mitsuha is a young girl living in a rural town named Itomori and is fed up with her life. One day, her family and friends notice shes suddenly acting strange. Little do they know, a high school boy from Tokyo named Taki Tachibana found himself randomly switching places with her when he fell asleep. But he has no clue how to act as a high school girl in an unfamiliar place. This is the story of the hit novel your name.

3 Stars*spoilers* I read three very mediocre books yesterday while being a lazy fatass and not even pretending to put on real clothes and leave the house, and this was one of them. It wasnt a BAD book, per se; in fact, there was AMPLE chemistry between our two main leads, Elizabeth and Delcan, which is more important to me than a completely solid plot half the time. That said, as you can see, I still only gave this three stars. I think my main problem here was that I just didnt love Elizabeth and the lack of communication she displayed with...well, with pretty much everyone.
