As you go through your daily routines, you may notice that some behaviour patterns need to be tweaked in order to create more efficiency. Or you may be very aware of a tendency or two that is negatively affecting those around you; subtly disrespecting your husband, treating your children harshly, or comparing yourself to others. I recently found myself feeling quite overwhelmed with all the alterations I had to make to mend some holes in the fabric of my life. But you can probably guess how long those resolutions lasted… about 48 hours, if that! And we both know that anything done by our own feeble efforts are temporary at best.
