i just bought this book today. patterns in it look beautiful, however i cant find a gauge for any patterns in here. *sigh* they all use obscure yarns ive never heard of and probably havent seen in Michigan and no gauge to substitute for a comparable yarn. i guess ill rate after i try a pattern. other thing i dont like about this book, the patterns are given for small, medium or large. normally you get 1 pattern written in a range of sizes. not so for this book.

can you count a pattern book as read? well i made the bunny suit and the sundress and shoes, both crocheted. found the patterns easy to follow after i got used to the authors writing style (read ahead when you are doing a pattern, it will save you from taking out mistakes later) i see the patterns are shown on Corolle dolls so i made the sundress for a Corolle Mon Premier and it fit perfectly. still not happy about no gauge and every pattern sized but the stuff is super cute, im happy with the results crocheting. hope the knitted patterns turn out too.
